providing access to psychological therapies.
We provide a confidential, safe and convenient access point for people who prefer on line counselling or have difficulty in attending counselling sessions in person.
Having counselling with Mind Wellbeing is convenient, you choose when and where you sign in and post messages to your counsellor. Unlike most other forms of counselling, you have space to reflect upon what has been said and send your reply in your own time. Alternatively, once you have begun counselling you can arrange a set appointment time for further sessions with your counsellor for live messaging.
As long as you have internet access you can access counselling through Mind Wellbeing from a variety of devices such as smart phones, tablets, iPads, laptops, PCs or Apple Macs.
