We provide a confidential, safe and convenient access point for people who have difficulty in attending counselling sessions in person, particularly during the COVID-19 pandemic.
You can choose when and how to speak to your counsellor. As long as you have internet access you can access counselling through Mind Wellbeing from a variety of devices using options such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Whatsapp, Facebook Messenger or Apple FaceTime.
Mind Wellbeing is about encouraging your own resourcefulness, empowering you with insights into yourself, challenging negative thoughts and behaviours as well as sharing a number of tools to help enhance and maintain your psychological wellbeing.
