We provide confidential, safe and convenient online counselling services for people who have difficulty in attending face-to-face counselling, particularly during the COVID-19 pandemic
As long as you have internet access you can receive counselling services through Mind Wellbeing.
You can choose when and how to speak to your counsellor.
We offer video and text-based counselling using software & apps including Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Whatsapp, Facebook Messenger or Apple FaceTime.
These can be used on a smartphone, computer (Windows or Apple Mac) or tablet device.
Our services are charged at a flat rate of £25 per hour. This does not change no matter what software you choose to receive your counselling.
The costs are payable via PayPal or BACS bank transfer, whichever you prefer.
